Esophageal Spasms/IV

well today i had to go to the hospital to get 4 bags of fluid cause i am so dehydrated. I am having a really hard time drinking or eating. i will take on sip and feel like i have this big knot at the top to my tummy. My doc thinks i am having esophageal spasms , so he put me on a new medication to. see if it helps, if not i'll be back at the hospital tomorrow cause i cant take feeling so weak. is anyone else going through this?
