A- Team Sunday weigh-in.
I order my stuff from bariatriceating.com - I don't know if they ship to an APO though, I don't know why they wouldn't.
Great job everyone! Keep on losing. I'm only going to weigh myself every other day now, I was bummed the other morning when I was the same as the day before.
I think it's normal to start/stop with a few lbs at a time, at least that's what I've read in the forums. I'm hoping I don't slow down once I start on puree's and soft foods.
Wow, looks like everyone is doing GREAT!!! I love seeing all those pounds gone forever! I'm glad to hear others are still low in the energy department and I'm not the only one. I was begining to think maybe something was wrong with me because I'm so darn tired. But I push myself anyways and by the time 9 or 10pm rolls around I literally pass-out on the bed and don't wake until morning! A hurricane could hit and I wouldn't wake up...lol! I can't wait till I have more energy! My clothes are fitting a little looser these days... can't wait to get to the 199's! Haven't seen the 190's in over 6 years!
Keep up the great work A-Team! Our numbers are impressive!
