Congrats on making it thus far. I have been on Stage 3 since I came home as well. Before you start trying to get in more food, make sure you are getting in your liquid requirements. This will help with feeling more satisfied. Also make sure you are getting enough of your solid protein. I still only take in about 3 tablespoons at a sitting. Eating slowly, and putting your fork down between bites hjas helped me. The protein shakes tend to make me feel full for a while longer especially when I add banana and ice. Good luck. Peace, blessings and Shrinking bellies.

Sorry I don't have any suggestions. I need some myself. I'm 3 weeks post & still can't eat or drink enough. I feel yucky all the time. I've tried it all & it all makes me nauseous or gag. Just wanted you to know you are not alone.

I too was having the nausea but I tried to slow down and I used a baby spoon to help me. It worked try it you might be putting too much in your stomach in one bite....Kind of like gulping liquids....

yes... I love my baby spoons! I eat every 'meal' (still on full fluids) with them. They really help. -s
