How we doin'? (exercise)

Hi - Just checking up again.... I don't have much to report. I have school in the evenings after work on Monday and Tuesday so I didn't get any "formal" exercise in, but I do believe that the four block walks to and from school from the commuter lot counts for something. Not much but something. I am forcing myself to get to the gym TONIGHT. No excuses. Anyone else? Every little bit helps.....

I have been walking a mile every night after dinner. My husband decided last night that we are going to get a YMCA membership. I would love to do the water aerobics classes there.

I walked for 20 min on the indoor track and then I found my new favorite thing!! The nautalis treadclimber!!! It is fun and it works!! i only could do 7 mins on it but it was fun and i will go for 10 min today after my 20min walk!

it is really hard and really fun at the same time!! for me I like to be challenged! Well I went tonight and I walked or 20 min then I did a full 10 min on the beast tread climber. I was breathing so hard I felt awesome!!

Hi...new here. I read this yesterday and it inspired me so I walked for 20 minutes last night after dinner. I plan to do it again tonight and love that this is providing the accountability I need! Thank you!
