ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY - APRIL 24TH

Hello I posted a message on Tuesday, but looking her now, I see I must not have pressed the accept button, because I don't see it???? Anywho, I had my 1 year appointment on my 1 year anniversary, Tuesday, April 24th. I have exceeded the doctors goal. I have lost 88% of my weight and he told me I could stop if I wanted...but I told him I wanted to get to 150 pounds, so I have 20 more to go! I have lost a total of 130 pounds! I posted a new picture on my page. He also told me I could pursue my plastics now if I wanted! I am going to wait a few more months and then look into it. My blood pressure was 100/60. Total cholestrol was 129. All my other blood work was above average. I only take two medications now. Zertec for allergies and Synthroid for thyroid. Other than that...NOTHING! Everything else has been resolved. I don't have to go back to see him for a year! (B12 will be checked at the 18 month mark) and results sent to dr. I am happy with my body in clothes...but naked! Yuk! I don't think husband is too thrilled either...but hey! Give me time...I will fix it.! Shelly

I think on the start of my weight loss journey I can not imagine being under 200 lbs yet under 150 ,, seems so far off have not seen those number in 25 years LOL Ty for sharing ,,I bet it felt good when the doc said u can stop losing.... words I never heard before LOL keep up the awesome work ..
