absolutly wonderful DD, hey did you eat that egg yet you wanted? heheh i do not dare do anything that is not approved by my DR. besides i have to many ppl hovering over me. i am glad you have done wonderful,, only thing is i ain't gonna weed wack... heheheh but i can bend over and pull weeds... isn't life wonderful... and i feel great also..... i have been able to shower and dress myself since i came home Friday. I even been fixing my own foods, i even put on make up today with a BRA.... my wounds are prefect. and last night i slept in bed and i was even on my tummy at one time, and one my sides. my Primary Care Dr will be looking me over tomorrow with a blood test Dr Patel wants me to have, a cbc, i got a email from Dr Patel and he was so happy for me and gave me a high five, so to speak. He is a wonderful Dr. and best of all NO PAIN.... just a tab bit sore at times. only thing is, i sured to love isopure, cause it was named after me... heheheh now i can barely drink it. i am getting my fliuds in, but i need to find a way for protein that tastes half way decent. any ideas on clear liquid proteins? i am yearning for a bite of that egg... hehehe but one more week..... take care everyone and God Bless and keep on getting better and better... hugs glendalee

Great news Dave!! I am so glad to hear that you are feeling well I'm headed down the home stretch, the liquid diet is awful and I feel hungry, tired and very grumpy, but anxious for tomorrow!! Now you can come mow my lawn too, lol Inky

That's great! I'm one week out, too, and feel great, although I still get a little tired. Really I'm almost back to normal! The doc has cleared me to start walking, so I've taken a walk w/ my dog 3 days in a row now, for about 25 minutes each time. Next week, he's cleared me to start back to my ballroom dancing lessons. I am so ready to get started on this journey. The Monday after surgery, I joined a gym so that I would have that all set up to go when I get cleared. I've decided to suck it up and pay for a personal trainer for at least 24 sessions (or about 2 months) so he or she can kick my butt all the way to a smaller me! I'm so happy you are doing so well!
