Lapband after Gastric Bypass ?

I work with a friend who had the Gastric done about 3 yrs ago. She started out well, but didn't do well after 6 months. She accepts the blame for it, has put on about 40 lbs & really is wanting to have the Lapband to see if that can do it for her. I told her I seen something on OH that it can be "revised ?" Don't know if that is the correct term. Anyone can help me so I can let her know ? My lapband is Monday 4/23, so if no one responds I will just ask my surgeon...I just love this site, its like getting therapy 24-7 !!

Hey. Good luck. It's funny my friend and I were just dicussing it yesterday. She says sometimes people have the lap abdn and then gastric and some have the gastric and then the lap band. I will ask her more about it. M.Y. She is on this site as well.
