I am back and feeling great......

My lap band surgery went very well on Thursday. I got home about 2:00 yesterday (Friday) and I pretty much snoozed the rest of the day and relaxed. Pain medication is a lifesaver. Today I haven't had to take any and I went outside for a little walk. I am missing my son's first soccer game, baseball game and my daughters first soccer game of the season. There will be many more but I have always enjoyed the first games. My husband will be there to root them on. (I don't know what I would have done without my husband here---he has been absolutely wonderful and let me tell you I am taking advantage of it!!) Take care my friends and I am thrilled to be on the losing side!!!!!!

That's great news. Get your rest. Adjust to your new tummy, and get ready to emerge from the cocoon of obesity. DD

Marcy welcome back hun! Glad to hear all went so well for you. Sounds like your hubby is a great support to you and that's so wonderful.
