What do you do when your belly falls ??
I lost 35 pounds last year -- my version of a low-carb diet. Have since gained all but 10 pounds of it back again.
BUT, my belly fell when I lost the 35 pounds.
I'm just now starting to find out about the lap-band procedure. Going to the informational meeting next week.
What the heck do you do with all the "excess" when you lose weight. If I lose another 100+ pounds, I just know my belly's going south again
I watch Discovery Health TV a lot. I've seen the full body lifts and all that other stuff that people get done. I just couldn't do that.
What do you do -- just wear some kind of compression garment??
Thanks.

Well, to my understanding it is not much of an issue because unlike other surgeries it is not rapid weight loss. It happens over a period of time and so that gives us time to....Exercise. Tone it up. I watch discovery health alot as well and I have see alot of Bariatric patients with excess skin but I also noticed of those Bariatric patients -- they were not Lap Band patients. I am just going to walk, walk, walk. Keep reminding myself that this is not a magic wand but a tool. It is up to me to do the rest. Sorry for babbling. M.Y.
