Hoping to Fax paperwork off today!

Another sunny day in Belleville..
Today is my appt. with my PCP and hopefully he will be okay with my decision. As I write this I can feel a bit of the butterflies setting in. My Appt. is at 1:20pm so only a few hours to go. If they do send them off should I then UPS them directly to ThunderBay??
