I'm into the groove of getting healthy. I'm 2 days post op. I was logging all food, liquids and protein on a sheet. Then I thought about doing an Excel spread sheet so I can keep a log and bring it to the Dr./Nutritionist. Does anyone know of a websight or something on the web that is a diet log or sheet or something along those lines?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Eric

Hey Eric, Yea, I know I'm not an April guy, just looking for an update on a friend. He had surgery today and haven't heard anything (Dave-DD). You might try Fitday.com, it's free and you can log all your foods and exercise. I put my vitamins and everything in the log and it keeps up with my daily intake of protein, fat, etc, etc. Ronnie

Hi Ron, Thanks for the info, I'll check it out. I have not heard from Dave yet. He is probably on meds and asleep in the hospital bed. They will get him up on his feet tomorrow morning early. If I hear something, I'll post it. Also, I'll let him know you were asking. He's going to be sore and with his RNY, he'll likely be in the hospital more then a day. Eric

Try CalorieKing at calorieking.com They give you a free trial, and have most of the bariatric stuff in their database. I've been using it for 8 months now and love it. Also, you can give your login information to your dietician to keep tabs on what you're doing so he/she can suggest other ideas. Good luck!

Hey there Eric! Glad to hear that you are doing so great!! The program that I use offer you a free trial. It is so awesome, you can record your daily food intake, your daily exercise, your weight, measurements, notes. and you can print off your days! They have all kinds of preloaded foods but you can add your own as well as recipes. You can enter daily but you can also pre plan your days. You can add up to 10 profiles, so if there is anyone in your family who wants to set up one they can!(but you have to purchase the software for that - they dont offer that in the trial version) I totally love this software, never seen anything better!
