Pre Op tomorrow, RNY Friday

I don't know what day I am more nervous about- tomorrow with all the tests or the surgery Friday. I keep thinking stuff like my pretests are going to make the doc say "sorry we have to wait" or something funky like that. I know, I am the cheerleader for optimism LOL But I have been waiting so long that I just don't want anything to ruin my new birthday! It's supposed to be all about me. I want to celebrate my day with an IV and painkillers -I mean, doesn't everyone?? I'll keep everyone posted- if you don't hear from me until Wednesday or Thursday then I guess that's good news. Stac

Hi Stac! I have the same nervous feelings about pre-op next week! That SOMETHING will go haywire and delay this wonderful surgery. But we're just nervous and so much anticipation!! Good luck to you, many wishes for a smooth and speedy recovery! Inky

Stac, Everything will be o.k., I have done all my pre-op stuff and it was o.k. don't stress about it. Everything will be just fine. I am on the 23rd too so we will go through this together! Roz
