What did you feel like after the procedure? What were your limitations(not food related, physical)? TMI: Women, how was it during your first cycle after banding?

Welcome, Finding this sigh will be a blessing, but since your WLS is around the corner, do not get too overwhelmed by all of the info. I know when I found the site, I thought, OMG - I haven't thought through all of this like everyone else who've been on here for months or years!!! I've stayed up way too late on way too many nights and ultimately made some nice friends, but I know I'm ready. You are too. Good luck and God bless.

I had my surgeryb on Feb.7th.The physical is nothing you will be able to start walking around the same day. I started taking walks on day 2 not long ,but I was moving. I had been sitting around for far to long. It has changed my life in a good way. You have to focus a lot on yourself which I hadn't done in years. It's good to put yourself first for a change and start thinking about things before you just do them. The surgery really works. I have lost 28lbs and 14.5inches. It was work but you get rewarded by seeing how much you can accomplish when you try. Good luck.. God Bless..
