My Surgery Was Success!

I made it and i am back to say hello to my A-team family! I have been following the Bariatric Guidelines and walking and arm exercising. I feel really great and blessed to take this WLS journey with my family and friends, most of all the A-team. I love you all and thanks for the well wishes and prayers. GOD hear all prayers! Hey Maritza! We made it to the loser's bench and damn it feels good! WhooHoooo! You are back to work already? I am feeling great and still following my drs orders. I exercise 30 minutes to an hour everyday. I am desperately trying to down the water. How are you doing?
