Whey protein shakes.... Yuck!

try adding 2 tablespoons of Hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup, also add 2 in piece of banana ... Its one of the few ways I can tolerate it too. Kerry

Hi, I have seen that alot of people say to use the unflavored protein. They have unjury at the store that is with my Dr. office. I am not sure if you can get it like at GNC or other places. I have read that it can be ordered online also. I hope this helps. God Bless, Tammy P.

I have found the Champion Whey powder (from Vitamin Shoppe in choc, vanilla, strawberry and a bunch of other flavors on line) is pretty good with no aftertaste. I mix 2 scoops with 8oz crushed ice/water in blender and sometimes add a small bit of fruit for flavor if I use the vanilla. This gives 46 grams protein /shake and this is the way I get in my protein for the day...one in the morning and 1 in the evening. Otherwise I wouldn't get in the 90 grams protein/day...however, I am still having trouble getting in enough fluids. Good luck.

I am using Body Fortress from Walmart. I mix it with skim mil**** flavorings and a few packets of equal. Have not tried the choclate, but I do use vanilla twice a day to get in my protein. Becca
