Thanks DD......very interesting article. I have always believed that genetics is a huge reason for obesity...I look at my own family history and see it and hope that I can stop it with my daughter and son (who is in that chubby 10 year old stage or at least that's all i hope it is) ....I don't want them to go through what I am going through. If I am healthier then in turn hopefully my kids will be healthier too. Hope you had a great day. It's off to Costco to buy one thing --- Gum for my son's birthday snack....I will bypass the $1.50 hotdog and drink and that gooey cheesy pizza. I have made it through my first day on the liquid diet.....not too bad but I missed my coffee this morning. Have a great evening....Marcy
