Surgery was yesterday and I am back! WOW!!!!

Thank you for posting this. I finally got approval today after a year of hell with Aetna, and my surgery date is 4/17. I keep asking myself if it will be worth it. And of course I know it will be worth it. But I've had too much time to think about this, and I am scared of the surgery. I am so encouraged by your post! :)

yeah!!!!!!!! welcome home!!!!!!!!!!! the pain does get a little better each day. i was pain free for the first time today, 9 days since surgery. hang in there.....and congrats on becomiing a loser melissa

I can't wait until this pain is gone. The gas pain is worse than anything. I am 3 days post op so I look forward to being where you are. M.Y.

Glad you are home as well!!! I know exactly what you mean on the gas, mine is in my stomach on the left side so I look pretty funny. I am really swollen on that side. i will be so glad when all this pain is gone. Everyone swears by Gas X Strips and I got them and tried them and oh man I finally got to get some sleep.
