High protein diet...

who else has started it ? I start mine on sunday and I have to be honest.... it's going to be tough. So was curious what others did? menus? etc.... or just protein shakes? I don't want to fail at this, thats why I have started early but, it's not working LOL April 30th is coming up fast ! ! ! ~~Rona

For me, the protein bars and the chicken soups are about all I can stomach. I like the jello, but it's just not practical to make all the induvidual servings. Good luck. DD

Hi Rona, Did the doctor put you on a high protein liquid diet? I just found out today that my surgery is April 27th and I haven't even seen the Doctor yet for my pre op appointment. I wonder if he will start me on it right away. I only have 17 more days. If I am still in the hospital on the 30th I will look you up. Good Thoughts, Joni
