Hi all, Just wanted to give everyone an update on how things are going for me. I will be starting to pack my bag this week for my hospital stay. Only 2 more weeks from this Thursday and I will be a LOSER! Yippee! I can't wait! I still have to meet with my surgeon and do my pre-op testing on April 18th. Also have to do my "clean out" on April 25! lol. Not looking forward to that, but have to do it! I also just wanted to take this time to wish everyone who has went before me and who will be going before my surgery GOOD LUCK and hope that you have a speedy recovery! Clayton

LOL DD! I know, I am pretty organized with this. Have not been this organized in my entire life! LOL! My mother says I would be an "A" student if I was this organized in school!! LOL!! Even though I was organized in school(somewhat...lol) I was never as organized as what I wanted to be for getting this surgery...lol! Clayton

Hi Donna, Yup am slowly starting to pack this week. I have too much time on my hands this week and I want to get it done and over with because I have lots of things to do next week and the week of my surgery that I won't have the time to pack then. Clayton

Hey Clayton-I'm right there with you-my surgery is the 24th--I'm having my pre op tomorrow and then I start my liquid diet this Saturday-I am actually looking forward to it. The nurse at Dr. Jones office said not to pack very much--use the hospital gowns and robes so you don't have to do laundry when you get home--pillow..check...chapstick....check...book....check--I guess I'm ready. Hugs, Cheryl

Hi Crystal, Yes I know the rules... Candy is a big NO NO!! I eat too much of it.... LOL! I did throw most of it out though so that is good. I know what the consequences of it would be after surgery anyways....!! Thanks for the advice and encouragement. I will post again soon! Clayton
