I'm Home!!!

Well, guys I have made it home yesterday, at about 1pm. The surgey went well, no complications thanks God. Lots of pain, but lots of pain medication..hehe!! I hated the gas pain that was the most painfull thing of this whole journey. I have tolerated all of my fluids.. Haven't thrown up. or anything.. just kept getting up to urinate throughout the whole evening. The upper GI they do the day after tasted awful but not that bad. Dr Barker prescribed me some pain med (liquid of course) and prevacid.. the Prevacid helped a lot with gas as well, plus I took some gas x strips.. that helped also. Today I feel fine... Just a little pain on the side.. I am still tolerating my liquids.. I hope I dont have to throw up at all..

Congrats on your surgery! The weight is going to just melt off, good luck and just take it easy. Iam down 30 lbs. in just 14 days! Wooohoooo.
