SURGERY/Monday APRIL 2-nerves are shot

I know this is the right thing to do....& I want it & surely need it....I hope all works out well after surgery....& that god will guide my surgeons hands & eveyone else having surgery today!!! God bless!

Hi Mary, I also am having surgery in the morning and about an hour ago a big bundle of butterflies settled themselves in my belly and will not stop flapping their wings. I have been trying to calm myself by praying and reading other post on the site hopefully I will not be this nervous throughout the night and be able to rest well. I just want to also pray for you and anyone else having surgery tomorrow as well as in following days. I pray that our surgerons hands will be steady and precise. I pray that the surgeons and their surgical teams will all wake up refreshed and arrive with sound minds and able bodies. I pray that all of us will have an uneventful surgery as well as a smooth transition into our new lives with speedy and healthy recoveries. belive me i am soo there with the nerves watching my kids play wondering if it is the last day i will see them. wow this so hard!! i know this is the right decision but while sitting here i am so scared!! good luck to everyone I will see you on the loser bench. my surgey is tomarrow at 7:30 am.

I had my surgery on monday 4/2. Just checking in to see how everyone is doing. I'm doing pretty good and have no complaints so far. Take care, Michelle
