Hello everyone. I don't know if I am using this message baord correctly. Took three months to get thru the process. Received insurance aproval yesterday. I'm a little aprehensive about this but I know I'm going to be much more healthier. It seems great reading all of the posts and seeing nothing but positive results. CAN'T WAIT!!!

Competition is a great motivator. Bottom line. We're all in it together. We're all winners. Lets have a little bit of fun with it. My goal is to dump 100 lbs. by my birthday. 09/15. We'll see. That's a 20lb a month avg. I'm gonna have to work for it, but hell, aim high. That's my motto. DD
