Hip hip hooray!
Good for you now you need to get it updated and make the weight closer to your desired weight if lower because you will get there if you aren't already.

Wowow...so happy for you Sue! You have done so well. I missed reading here since we haven't had internet but I get it at home Friday so you will be seeing more of me. Or less of me if I lose more HAHHA.

Girlfriend!!! I did not recognize you at all!!! If I didn't read your name I would never have know it was you.
I haven't been online as much and will have internet at home this Frid but had to jump in and say wowowowowow.
And Jenn...sorry about the fatigue but I would chek with Dr. before waiting another week. Also, with weight lifting you need more calories.
Hope you start feeling better.

Susan, congrats on reaching your goals. I now weigh less than my husband and two sons also. It's great. I can also keep up with them better now too, well not my 6 ft 4inch son with long legs!!
My main goal is to eventually reach a normal BMI as you have. That would be great. Keep up the good work and good luck in maintaining it all. Keep in touch. Julia

Hey Jenn-
I haven't (yet anyway). Why don't you try and post this on WLS Graduates or main board and see if you get a response??? Just a thought. Hope you're ok

Grrr batwings!!!!
How I can relate!!! You are doing awesome keeping up with your exercise!!! I just got some exercise bands for muscle toning from Walmart with posters of different exercises you can do - you may be interested in that and you can do at home without a gym.
I've also googled toning without a gym and have gotten some good info - just a thought for you!!
Keep up the great work Sue

Wow, are you a walking success story or what? PLEASE put up a new pic!!! I thought the same thing - that I didn't look that different until people said they hardly recognized me.
I think it would be awesome to update monthly and see where we all are. I will try to do the same. So proud of you as I'm sure you are yourself
Topic: Fatigue
I am experiencing extreme fatigue, more like sleepyness, all the time. My water, protein, vitamin, b12, iron, calcium intake are all good. I even increased my iron a couple of months ago. My labs were all good in April. I don't know if something could of changed since then? I feel like I did when I was pregnant, like I could just lay on the couch and sleep for hours. I'm still running, and weight lifting, it doesn't make me feel any more tired or give me any more energy. Has anyone else felt this way 15 months out? I'm going to give it another week then I'll call my dr. Thanks for any advice.Jenn.

That's awesome Susan, keep up the good work. Doing it one day at a time I think is a great way to be successful. Best of luck.
