Yes, my pcp is following my labs, but I do feel a little left out in the middle of nowhere with my gbs leaving town and closing the hospital doors. I do need to get one established and not wait for an emergency. Thanks for encouraging me to take charge of myself. Kim M.

Does the pain only happen after drinking milk? Have you not had a BM in a few days? I would call your pcp for starters. See if they can figure whats going on. ALso is your pcp following your labs? I hope they are keeping tabs on things for you, if not maybe you should thinkl about getting another gbs surgeon to follow you.

Linda, I thought when I hit 160 it was all over for me. I stayed there for a month or more. Then boom it started moving again. Then next thing you know for no apparent reason I am at 150. Now I am just hanging between 147 and 151. I can't give you any reason why I start and stop. Just don't give up. I haven't. I am hoping the next month or so, the scale will start moving again. Hi Friends, I don't know what is going on lately, but for the last 3 days my stomach has hurt and I have had strong cramps in my intestines. I always struggle with constipation. This morning I woke up, had coffee and then milk and my pills. As soon as I started the milk and pills my stomach started hurting again. This is weird. Any thoughts anyone? My surgeon and hospital has closed so if I contact a surgeon, it will have to be a new one. Should I call my PcP?Anyone have any ideas to try first? Please give me your advice. Thanks, Kim M.

Glad to see Ethel is back!! I am not gaining but not losing a lot right now either and need to get back to Fitday as I have gotten out of that habit. Seems like I lose 1 to 3 pounds one month then 7 to 8 the next. I will take that but know I need to track better. Too many sugar free--fat free mocha's. I count it as breakfast because of the milk but need to stop it daily----to expensive too!!!
I am going to Seatlle this weekend for a wedding so will be cautious about eating. Lots of coffee up there of course!!

Hello everyone it has been a long time and after reading the WLS grads page, I see a lot of people are struggling with food and added carbs and stuff so maybe we at over 15 months out could use some accountability. I know I do because some days I cannot get enough food in. Soooo.....here is what Ethel had today or will have by bedtime:

I post on the WLS grads board my food for the week and TRY to do it for the weekend if I'm able. That is my hardest time and not as structured. But sure, I'll post with you!! I also track on fitday to help me be accountable and it does help
