Congrats on 3 years out.  I was three years out on the 10th.  I am doing well after my breast reduction and lift.  I can eat a limited amout of sugar but will dump if it is over about 10 grams so I try to stay away from it.  I still use some protein drinks as well, to keep my protein up.  My starting highest weight was 321 and my lowest was 144 a few weeks after abdominalplasty a little over a year ago.  I stay about 150 to 151 but would like to lose to 140---don't know if that will happen but if not I am doing good.
Lets hear from everyone on this board---how are you doing and can we help with anything??  Julia W.

To day is a special day for me & getting my life back ! this is my 3 year Anniv I am so happy I would do it all over again in a heart beat ,I was 286 got down to 146 now I weigh 159 so I gained a little but hey look where I was ,I had no problems at all thru surgery & had a blast when the weight came falling off but now as time passes it is hard to keep the weight off,I go to curves alot now trying to get some extra weight off & just tone up !! I can eat just about anything now even sugar & I know that is bad but still to this day I can not eat rice makes me so sick ,
so this is for any new RYN best of luck & this tool that I have & a new pouch we have to work hard as time passes but it is all worth it ,Exercise is the main key to keeping the weight off .

a special thanks to the APRIL PPL FOR ALL THE SUPPORT & LOVE GOD BLESS YOU ALL

I am doing well one week after my breast lift and reduction.  I am swollen and very bruised especially on the left side.  I am wearing only a tube top which is really strange for someone who had boobs hanging to the waist.  I have before pics and will be taking some afters and posting both soon.  Hope everyone is doing good as we approach our third year out!!  Can you believe that!!  Julia

Thanks Becky---I could use a thigh lift too but at 60 years old I don't think I will.  Looks too painfull to me too and while they are wrinked they are not large and look o.k. in clothes.  My legs do not cause me any pain or problems but my breasts are causing shoulder and back pain and must be done.  That will make me look better in clothes too.  I will let everyone know how it goes.  Julia

Hi everyone.  I just want to let you know that I am scheduled for a breast lift and reduction on March 23.  Both my primary insurance and secondary insurance has agreed to pay which I am still shocked about.  I won't believe it until the bill is paid!!  It does depend on the amount of tissue that is removed and I am bordeline about that, but trust my surgeion will take care of it.  I can't wait to have the girls smaller, firmer and back up where they should be.  No implants as I don't want to do that unless I change my mind later and at 60 years old, I doubt it.  Wish me luck  Julia

Hi everyone---I haven't checked this site for awhile and today I did and am please to see some of us are back.  We do need each others support and I think checking in weekly with a weight or just to chat would be helpful.  I was at my lowest weight about 1 1/2 months after my tummy tuck surgery on April 8th of 2008.  Now am back up to about 152 to 154.  Not a lot I know but I too am starting to graze and try foods I should not have.  I am scheduled for a breast lift/reduction on the 23rd of March and want to lose about 5 pounds before that time.  I need to get with it so will be checking in weekly or more often to offer and receive support.  My weight today is 154.8.  Hope to report less next week.
Good luck to each of us as it seems that grazing is a common problem for us at this time.  Julia

Highest weight 335
lowest weight 194
current weight 235

I have had problems for the past year on eating.  I am a stress & boredom eater.  I had knee replacement in Oct and so the exercise is not going well yet.  I cant seem to get in enough calories to get my body out of starvation mode.  I am getting enough protein, and liquids, plus I am not eating the right stuff.

Right now I am an annemic so I am getting iron infusion for the next 4 weeks. That is SO much fun,

Anyway, I too am afraid that everyone will call me a failure cause I am gaining the weight back. Which I REALLY DONT WANT TO DO.

Hope everyone is doing great, I am otherwise.
Have a blessed day

Kathleen
