B - vanilla protein shake S - (skipped.... was drinking lots of hot decaf tea today and was full) L - egg, breakfast sausage and cheese scrambled togehter (made me sick... it was leftover from last night and I microwaved it. I've only gotten sick maybe 4 or 5 times since surgery so this isn't the norm) a little while after I got sick I had a sugar free popcicle and then a piece of toast (thought it would help my upset stomach) S - pumpkin protein shake D - Salad with some meat and cheese in it, olive oil and balsamic vinegar as dressing S - another protein shake (not sure what flavor I'll make it) My stomach feels fine now so I guess the egg/meat mixture didn't agree with me. The only time I ever have problems is with leftovers since they tend to dry out. Lizzie
