Kathleen, I am currently trying your nutritionist's clear liquid plateau buster diet. I don't guess I have really plateaued, but felt my weight loss was slowing down too much and I think it will be good to get me out of the munching thinking. This is my second day. Lost a pound from yesterday, so hopeful that this will help jump start my loss again. I know we do slow down---but I don't want too!!! I also had gotten into the habit of getting too many sugar free, skinny mocha's and this will help put a stop to that. I also have a friend who is going to have surgery on her knee soon and also has atypical cells on her pap smear and may have to have surgery for that as well. She is quiting smoking (thank the lord- I do not do that) and she will quit caffiene. Anyway I told her I would quit coffee too. Costs too much money any and will leave more for new clothes huh.
I have to admit that I did eat some unsalted, raw almonds each day however. Julia

Jenn, I lost in my face first and was really tired of people saying---oh I can see it in your face---. I think I then lost in my upper chest, abd. and hips. All are great with me. The boobs can go. I have had too much for too long in my life to enjoy them (my husband might differ with me on that one! ). I may opt for a breast reduction and augmentation to put them back where they belong or where they came from etc.!!! Before that the tummy goes. If my tummy wasn't so large compared to the rest of me, I would be wearing a 14 pant right now instead of 16 to 18. My low hips and legs have always been small and no butt shape to speak of either. My pants are all too large in the hips and legs but my waist and abd. require that. I still have about 55 pounds to lose before I start to work on the PS. Julia

Wendy, I have never dumped, but from the discription you gave, I will NEVER eat over 4-5 grams of sugar ever. That sounded TERRIBLE! I hope you are feeling better and it doesn't happen again. Also, if the pain was worse than having a baby, (UGH!)I would definitely call the Dr. just to check.Kim M.

I can't seem to lose it around the middle, and I keep hoping the reason is the hernia.

I am losing it seems everywhere but my belly area. It is smaller without a doubt but it seems like that is the last area to go. My "girls" were the first thing to go- I now have pancakes they are so so so SAD! Thank goodness for good bra's!
But going from a 28-30 pants before to a 10-12 size pants I am a happy camper with a spare tire and yucky skin!

I seem to be pretty equal.
I am LG/XL up top (more because the girls themselves ever shrank I am still a DDD)
I am 14/16 down below with is a LG/XL
so I seem to shrink equally.
though with th surgery the first place I lost was my back fat the my neck shoulders.. then everything else just kinda melting/ed
