I noticed it in my face and top half first, but not sure where I lost it first. I also noticed a change in my clothes, so I think maybe I lost it in all places at first.
I wear a 16 in pants, (well it depends on the style too) I probably would wear a 14 but my belly is needing extras space. I gotta have at least 15 pounds of extra skin in mid area. It is digusting, YUK. My ladies are nothing but skin. If I dont have a bra on it looks like I dont have anything up there. That is sad, I still wear a C cup, but have to roll them up into the bra.

Julia P., I started on Kathleens diet on Monday too. I haven't had the weight loss you have but have lost 1.5 pounds and hope for more. I have added a couple of ounces of almonds a day so that may be the difference. Hang in there, us Julia's must think alike! Julia W.

Whoops---I replied to the wrong Julia post you made Joan. I too am doing Kathleens clear liquid diet and am on day 3 today. Haven't lost as much as the other Julia but have lost 1.5 pounds which I will take! Julia W.

I was sooo tired last night after painting our master bedroom and bath and redecorating that I didn't cook all day.
We ate at Ruby Tuesday and I got Kid's Salad bar and couldn't finish the portion I took. Don't feel like figuring it out. Did have 2 protein shakes and that is it for me.
Will do Wed...in afew after I enter it on fitday.

Me too Jenn....my legs and bottom are very tiny. So is uptop but my waist and tummy are a little larger due to skin.
I wear mainly 8's but if the tummy and waist skin were gone I could easily wear size 4/6.
A lot of people are telling meI am getting very thin. At 157 I hope I am not done.

Julia..I have read about many people using the same plateu buster and having great success. Don't worry about gaining...this just jump starts your metabolism again.

Good morning to all
After all your great advice about trying to break this plateau, I started uping my protein for a week but no change sooo... I took the big step and started Monday on Kathleen's diet ( 3 days of clear fluid and 4 to 6 day add one protein shake). It has been really hard to stay away from food and I'm only on day 3 but so far this seems to be working. I started at 157.8 lbs and this morning the scale read 153.6 lbs. Great incentive to stick with it until the end! Just scared that the weight will come back when I start eating again.

The biggest overall loss has definitely been in my upper body...but when I do lose, it seems to be in the butt and leg area. At least that is where I notice the most...I am in 14/16 top and a 16 bottom; however, they're baggy in the butt and thigh area but fit in the waist...ahh the joys of extra saggy belly skin.
I was eating out with my grandmother the other day (her 60th bday)...we sat down and she looked at me and said... you're getting too skinny!!! Because from about mid chest and above, I look pretty decent. I proceeded to say "yeah right" and I stood up, so she could get a gander at my bottom half and she said "oh." hahaha Gotta love my granny!
