I lose in my butt and legs first. I'm a size 14 on the bottom (and that sags in the butt) and a 16 or 18 on top. I wear a G cup so my top is always a lot bigger than the bottom. I'm at 217 so I hope to still lose a lot more. I haven't lost anything in a couple weeks. I think I'm eating too many carbs so I have to really work on that if I want to lose more weight. I really hope I lose more because I already bought two bathing suits (killer sale couldn't pass it up) in a size 12.

Wednesday's are always weird. I have some girlfriends over to do papercrafting and we don't stop for lunch just snack throughout the day. Everyone brings a snack to pass.
b = protein shake, vanilla
s = sugar free chocolate pudding cake (too many carbs but at least it's sugar free)
l = carrotts and dip
s = protein shake
d = salad in a spinach wrap
s = pumpkin protein shake

Kathleen I read that walnuts and almonds are better for us anyway. You may want to try that and as I tell people measure them. I put my in a 1/8 measuring cup and eat out of it so I am not tempted to eat to much. That is 1/2 serving.

Oh Sweetie your tummy is so tiny...you are precious as well as your little girls smile.
You are doing great and the food totals look better and better. Praying the Lord's will for you to find out the sex of the Baby...if He wants you to the legs will be open if not it is a surprise...
