Hi Rebecca
I have been drinking beef broth, chicken broth, tea, coffee, sugar free popsicles, crystal light, and hot chocolate. I put a little bit of milk in my hot beverages because I can't drink them otherwise.
Good luck with this. I had to fight hard the first day to stay away from food but each day has gotten easier.

Jenn K, WoW that is great that you are in single digits. 
I feel like I will never get that low. I be lucky if I will get down into 12 pants. Oh well we are all built different! I am so happy for you, Good job, as my 3 yr granddaughter would say.

I will pray for you always Joan, I sure hope you get better soon. It is not fun to hurt anywhere. My pouchie is still sore from the bout I had Tuesday night. I have to watch what I eat now.

I bought size 8 jeans last night!!!!! I am in single-digit pants! I am still floored about that one. I tried on a bathing suit and decided that I don't have the chutzpah to wear it. It is basically a bikini with a piece of fabric over the abdomen... and a short skirt. I looked good in it, but it really isn't conducive to swimming. More like a "lounge at the beach where boys will see you, oh yeah, and cancer" type suit. I'm still on the lookout for a suit I can really SWIM in.

Congradulations Lady that is awesome. It is okay that you dont have a name you still have a few months, and maybe you will have another dream about the name of this baby too. You and your husband are one lucky couple. I envy you, I wanted two girls but got two boys and one girl, oh well wont trade any of them for nothing now.

Yikes, Joan that sounds pretty scary. I hope everything is alright. I have weird pains all the time. Sometimes it is caused by me not chewing enough. How long after you finished eating did the pains begin? Maybe its just brocoli.

Yay! Maybe you'll have another prophetic dream about the name. How far apart in age will your 2 girls be? My sister and I are 3 years apart. We fought like cats and dogs until I moved out. Now we are best friends.

Joan, I have said a prayer for you. Do you think the Alfredo sauce had too much fat in it? I have dumped on fat with regular cheese before, but the pain did not last all night. My pouch was not happy for a couple of days after. Get better.

Rebecca, I use chicken broth cubes and add a packet of true lemon. It is very good and warm. I also drink hot tea, water of course, crystal light is good hot or cold too. I am on day 4 and have lost 2 pounds in the that time frame which, for me, is good. It is getting easier but do look forward to that protein drink tonight! Oh I also drink SoBe lean--they are good too and nice to take to work with me. Good luck. Julia

Pray for me...I have been hurting since last night and having awful gas pains (belching) since I ate three noodles with alfredo sauce and 1oz of chicken and two pieces of brocolli steamed very tender. I had to leave church before it even started. Hubby brought me home and I took Prevacid and went to bed but hurt all night.
Took Prevacid at 4am and am still hurting with lots of gas still.
Has this ever happened to you?
