That is just great. Congrats. I guess we all are inching our way to our goals. I am a couple of pounds from being in the 160's myself. I have not seen those numbers since before I was married 30 years ago.

I have been kissin' the 160's mark myself (staying at 171 and 172 for the last 2 weeks) and I am so glad to hear that someone is making over that hump. There is decidedly something about being in those numbers...seems like every ten pound drop in onederland is a milestone. 'Specially cuz it seems to take so long.

So sorry....you are feeling badly....if there was alot of cheese with the bread, that might be doing it. Warm melted cheese for some reason makes me sick as a dog. Seems like the fat in the cheese is what does it for me. I hope you feel better....

After holding at 170 for the last three weeks, this morning I dropped to 169!! I'm very happy to be in new #'s
