Jennifer V, listen girl you are doing great. 135 pounds is great, that is what I have lost too. We are all going to lose different and we didnt all start at the same weight, so dont compare yourself to anyone else. You are a unique person. As far as carb I think eveyone on here is having trouble with that enemy, My nutriontist suggested that I only consume 50 grams, but she says not to include any but cracker, pototoes, bread, stuff like that, for the count. I dont know it that will work, but I try to limited my carbs, and I dont eat alot of bread, (havent been able to eat more than 1/2 slice) and I dont eat cereal but maybe once a week. But like I said we are all different. We have trials and tribune (I think that is misspelled) that we have during our lifetime journey so we just have to try and learn Good luck April sister Kathleen

Kari, the jello doesn't have to be liquid. It is considered a liquid because it melts. It can be any liquid that you can see through, hot or cold. Good luck. Julia

Kathleen, thanks for the information on the plateau buster. I don't think I could have the determination to do it more often than ervery 6 months!! I am hoping I won't need to do it again. Julia

Julia , I think we both did well. I gained 1/2 pound this morning however, but I kind of expected that. I think I was pretty good on the carbs yesterday but will start to record everything I eat on Fit Day more diligently, so I know for sure what I am eating. I did find I lost some of my cravings so hope that keeps up. Good luck! Julia

Kari, on a clear liquid, it is whatever you can see though. But I was drinking V-8 so the coffee should be fine along as you dont add sugar. SF jello and pudding are fine too. It worked for me too, I lost 5 pounds, but have been sick since, so maybe I will lose some more Hope all is well with everyone else. I dont think the nutritiontists whats us to do this every month. But I think it wont hurt in maybe 6 months or more. Good luck on anyone that is going to try this. Glad I could help everyone!! Way to go Julia, and Julia P on the weight loss. Kathleen from Missouri

I'm in the same boat! These carb cravings are hard to fight! Just need to have willpower I suppose. I promised myself I'm going to do better this week though and I will! I'm going back to basics, meaning I plan to eat protein first and limit my carbs to about 20 grams a day and exercise more often. Personally, I would avoid the oatmeal and cereal...though these are healthy carbs (depending on if what you're eating is flavored/sweetened), there are a lot of carbs in these products and usually eating carbs makes your body crave more carbs. Perhaps you should try going back to basics for a few days. It seems to help a lot of people.
