Not so many CARBS in my daily diet....
And that should lead to less weight, smaller clothes, feel better.....you get the point!

Wearing size 12 pants
Do more strengthing exercise
Eat more protein & less carbs

I will be 159 by April 1st. that would be a big lose of 8 pounds for me.
I will work out 3 times a week 30 min each time.
I will focus on protien first
I will eat less carbs

Hi All,
I've lost 6 pounds during the month of Feb.... I'm 22 pounds from goal. I'm happy with this amout of weight loss. I'm sure if I would exercise it might bump it up to a bigger lose but for some reason I'm not exercising the way I should, but I am way more active these days.

Hello on this rainy and thundering Thursday here in SC. and I must stand outside in it for almost an hour aftr school but I did gte new raincoat from police dept so that will help and it's cute...goes to my feet and I look like Big Bird (bright yellow). And then a very sad thing...I have to take our 17yr old dog and have him put down...he is suffering and Dr thinks it best. He is blind and deaf and now doggy dimentia. So please pray for me and my sweet daughter. Sam is my dog reallysits with me and follows me everywhere.

Cyndi love that book and the man too...I am glad the posts have helped and glad you came out of lurking status.
You will do this and make goal but I know that it slows down a lot as we approach goal which really if you think about it is good. We do not want to get so below goalwe look sickly.
Remember how long it took to get from the normal size we were to Morbidly Obese.

Not too bad of a day...not under 600 calories, but I guess I'll get there at some point. I worked out hard on the elliptical machine and treadmill this evening. According to the displays, I burned 412 cal on the elliptical and 320 cal on the treadmill. I definitely burned more calories than I ate!
