I signed up to the MS walkathon in April (6 miles) and the Aids walk in May. I kind of have the desire to start running, but I am not sure if my knees can handle it.
Congrats again, and when is the next one for you?

My goal is to exercise more and eat less carbs. I have to go to PT for my back and knees before I can go back to the gym and I'm just waiting for our medical debit card to come in the mail to do that.
I'm not setting a weight goal.

Hey all! I am at home after resting and trying to recouperate from my first 5K race. I ran/walked the Emerald Nuts 5K today which ran concurrent with the L.A. Marathon. It was rough, but a lot of fun. Now every part of my body is SORE! Man, how I am missing ADVIL right now. Here are some pictures!
