I took apologize for just replying..I don't check in very often anymore. Way to go!! That is so awesome! I agree it is an amazing feeling...my first 5k is April 7th and just being in training is amazing.

Yahoo on the 7lb loss!!!! Onederland won't be far now!!!!! Hooray...yes I agree with the 600 calories...no way Girlfriend...not at this stage in our surgery. Thanks about the picture...but I think I look older in it then the last one...but I am older...so who cares...I feel good!!! Hope you feel better and the pretzels get out of your system soon. B - Achievone 120 0 5 20 L - Healthy choice lunch meat 4 slices 60 1.5 3 9 1 Slice 2% Deluxe Cheddar Cheese 70 5 0 6 handful of cheese pretzel sandwiches 150 8 15 3 and from which I'm having some dumping symptoms (racing heartbeat) as I type this D - meatloaf made w/96% ff hamburger - will need to figure out counts green beans sauteed with garlic and low fat margarine/butter S - probably won't have any due to the pretzels I suppose not too bad of a day. Could have been better though I won't beat myself up over it. On March 1st, I weighed 210lbs... today, March 5th, I weigh 203.5lbs I guess my body was just readjusting or something??? That is almost 7lbs in less than a week! I haven't had a loss like that since before my 6 month mark. Amazing...and even though my nutritionist suggested I lower my calorie intake from 800 to 600....which lasted about a day...I just couldn't function properly with 600 calories. I continued to keep it under 800 and I still lost. So I guess it just must have been a stall of sorts.

I know I will get hungry. I will have aprotien shake in there too again not sure when.

LOOKS LIKE FUN! I AM SO JEALEOUS OF THE PALM TREES AND WARM WEATHER! It is still freezing here with 3 inches of snow on the way tonight! Not fair. Wish I lived in a warm climate! I would exercise more often!!! GREAT WORK! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU.
