Hello All I had my 2 year check up today (surgery date 02-24-06). I have lost over 100% of my body weight and past surgeons goal. Surgeons goal for me was 159. Starting weight: 301. Weight today: 155. (146 pounds lost). I would like to get 10 more pounds off so I can play between 145-150. Size 10 now! Down from 30/32 extra fat!!! ahahahahahaha Labs were good. Iron a little low, but just had LBL surgery...so I think that effected it. Shelly

Hey everyone!!! I just wanted to stop in and give us all a huge hug and say how proud I am to be here! It was 2 years ago yesterday that I had my surgery, and that day has changed my whole world. I am so much happier, healthier, and I want to thank you all for your support over this time. I went from pushing 250, and size 24 pants. To 110 and size 0 pants. This journey has been incredible for all of us, and I know that it continues still. Everyday I discover something new that I never knew was possible. Little things, that people take for granted all the time.....like, I took my kids to the beach yesterday and I didn't give it a second thought to just take off my shorts and top and OMG I was wearing a 2 piece swimsuit !!! Before I would have kept a shirt on for sure! For all of us, I hope that we keep these little triumphs in our hearts, but most of all keep them in our minds so that we never go back to old habits!! Julia, glad to hear you are recovering well and not having too much pain. That is encouraging to me since I will be having surgery in July. You have done fantastic. I hope I can lose at least that amount after my surgery. I am sure within the next week or so you will see the results on your scale. Sher
