I originally set my goal at 140 pounds, then changed to 150 but with the thought of getting to a normal BMI. I did that as of today. I have started losing swelling from my TT two weeks ago and have been losing 1+ pounds a day this week and today reached a normal BMI at 147.5. Very happy with that. Julia

Shelly, You are an April girl---wasn't you surgery date 4-24-06?? Wow great job on losing 100 % of you excess weight. I am pretty close to that myself. I have my two year check up with my surgeon next week. A year ago he thought I was o.k. at about 190 pounds at 5' 4.5". I disagreed and he said well you know the older you are the harder it will be. HA HA for him. I 40+ pounds since then. Julia
