I too am unfortunately still losing...I started at 325-lbs and am as of this morning 115-lbs...I am 5-ft 9-inches so I know that is not a healthy weight. If I do not get at a minimum of 1200-calories a day I see a drop in the scale. I do not want to gain, heaven forbid, I just want to not have to be so diligent to remember to eat...any suggestions?

Don't get me wrong, I would much rather have this problem than the problem I had before surgery: Fighting to stop gaining weight, lol!

I just got home from spending 4 days in the IMCU due to what they "think" is a bleeding ulcer in my unused stomach. My RNY doc isn't so sure that is what is it so he is scheduling more tests for me. I wasn't sick at all, my pouch is in good shape (via scope) everything is good but my blood count went from 15 to 9, so I am very pale and tired. Just wanted to tell everyone if you have blood in your stool you need to go to the doctor asap cause I didn't go until after work cause I was too busy and well almost died! Dropped down to 147 and scheduled to have a tummy tuck June 3rd....So I hope my blood levels are back up by then. Hope everyone is doing well.

Kathleen You have been such a big support to me and so many others on this board and other boards as well. YOU WILL make any goal you set out to make.....You are a huge inspiration to many people. I personally thank you with all of my heart
