Yum on the Polaner's blackberry jam...everyday with cottage cheese!!
Have to check out teh Pter Pan low carb...
I just finished a salad with shrimp, dried cherries, cranberries and pecans and fresh strawberries....too yum for me!!! I eat good!!!!

I use Polaner's SF strawberry jelly and Peter Pan low carb peanut butter. I put it on Fit For Life Reduced Carbohydrate bread.

I had surgery the day before you and have only lost 3 lbs since thanksgiving....talk about having a tough time of it.....I have started to do water aerobics this week and hope this will kick start my loss...

I'm probably going to get some chinese for dinner. I have nothing thawed out at home and have been wanting some broccolli and chicken
I have no clue what the nutritional value is...but surely it isn't over 500 calories.

Joan, you are doing so well with your eating!
As for me:
B: protein shake
S: low sugar Quaker oatmeal
L: 2oz pot roast with carrots, a few bites of captain crunch cereal
S:Pure protein bar
D: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (all low carb and sugar free! - this sandwich has almost 20g of protein and less than 10g carbs)
S: its Friday, maybe a glass of red wine.
Water: 20 oz (Need to get more! I'll work on it)
Exercise: going to the gym today to work on my legs and butt!
Vitamins: I ran out of calcium, so I'll be hitting the drug store in town today

Sharon..wow you look like a model!!! I love your legs...you know what I mean...aren't thin legs the hoot!!! I still feel mine and not believe they belong to me!!
