Guess what, I came home from work early yesterday. The sun made me want to do some gardening, AND I was able to do it easily! I stayed outside digging, bending, pulling weeds, repotting some plants and moving planters for about 3 hours. YES, I am sore down the back of my legs and my behind today, but so happy, as last year, that would have been impossible, to say the least. Julia

Congratulations!!! We all have our success in more ways than just the the number of pounds lost. We can all look over the past year and see how our lives have changed! I know my life is so much more enriched by being healthier and doing positive things in my life and sharing to enrich the lives of others. I watched a movie this past weekend that had a good message. Bloom where you are planted! Where we are may not be where we think we should be, but it is exactly where God wants us! Thanks Sher!! I figured out how to get a better picture on my profile!!! I am psyched to see if my TT will be covered. I got a letter in the mail yesturday that they covered my consultaion, so I am hoping that is a good sign. This has been an amazing process. It is funny how people treat you different as a thinner person vs. being heavy. You find out who your true friends are!!!

Sher..I am so proud of you and you are a success story! I agree with your comments about this baord...I love these people here and have never been embarrassed or hurt by anyone here..that says a lot! I second that motion. I know we have all come along way, and I know that for me the people on this board is what got me though some rough times. I appreciate each and everyone. There hasnt been any negative comments or anything like that. I am glad that I am apart of this group. Thanks everyone for the great support that you all have shown to everyone here.
