Thank you! I can not beleive the support I received. It brought tears to my eyes. Thank you all for caring. I have started exercising again and I really need to work on my eating habbits. I know what I have to do. I to am one that can eat ANYTHING and not get sick, sometimes I wish I would. I meet with the Dr. in a couple weeks, I will be honest with him and see what else I should be doing to get back on track. I have not seen my nutritionist since before I had surgery because my insurance does not pay for it and I am still plucking away at paying for my surgery bill. Thanks again. It's been months since I posted but I'm pretty sure I'll be back.

Great on the exercise...I ordered the fluidity exercise bar and am waiting for it to be delivered. My 14yr old daughter and I are going to use it. Before my accident in 1985, I taught dance and aerobics..but can longer dance or do aerobics due to leg and ankle injury but I know I can do the bar...ballet type movements. I pray that helps with the skin. Joan

Girl I can relate....this is spring break at the school I work at and so yesterday I mopped the kitchen and both bathrooms. Then this morning I cleaned the windows and binds in the living room and the track to the sliding glass door in the kitchen (8ft slider) and I am doing laundry and other daily chores. I would have had to sit down sevral times and wouldn't even be close to done at 11am...and I had a shower and got all pretty too when I was done! Now if only I liked to garden.....I can hardly stand bugs...... Isn't our new life wonderful!!! Want to come play in my garden??? Joan M
