Topic: 4/10/06-07 ONE FANTASTIC YEAR
This has been the most life changing year. I've went from 384 to 226, I've gone from a size 30-32 to a 16-18.
I feel like a million bucks.I want to say thank you to all and If it wasn't for OH I would have never had the surgery.

Curious....do you find you lose when you up your calories?
I have been trying to since Dr. told me not to lose and I lost a pound this morning.

Julia I feel the same way about the friends here....I don't know if I would have been as successful if it weren't for everyone here...My God and family and friends...not necessarily in that order..God is always first to me....

Just think a year ago you were scared out of your mind, excited, and had no idea what the year would bring. Liquids, mush, all that great stuff - it's long behind us now along with a whole lotta pounds!!!!
