Donna, that is just amazing. I know that you feel so much better too. I am so thankful for this tool that was given me too. Even though I am at a stall, I am still happy to have lost the 140 lbs.
I am very grateful for this OH April board. Everyone on here are so caring and supportive it. There are some days I feel like a failure, because I havent lost any for 3 months, then I come to this board and I realize the great things about what has already happened to me since I started this journey almost a year ago.
I sure am alot happier and healthier than i was a year ago.
Thank EACH ONE OF THE PEOPLE ON THIS board for all you support and love you have shown everyone else on here

Wow Donna what an incredible loss of weight but I know that isn't all of it...it is what comes with that loss. The freedom to live again, to go out in public and not be ashamed or feel badif people look at you..with "the look" we all know the "look".
You are a success story as my surgeon said to me. We worked the tool and will continue to work it the rest of our lives.
