Judyanne, on the Califoria board, reminded me, today is my one year anniversary of my Lap RNY so I am tooting my own horn. I lurk more than I post but you have all helped to keep me on track and your support has been a blessing and I thank you all. This is a wonderful tool and each of you have given encouragement in using it wisely. My highest weight was 319, 5' 6" and my BMI was 51.4 and a BMI of 51.4 super morbidly obese. Today my weight is 175, I have gained 1 inch back in height, my BMI is 27.4 so I am overweight. Oh, and lost a shoe size. My surgeon said I have exceeded his expectations and all of my blood work was great so he wants me to make an appointment in a year for follow up. I have gone from a tight size 28 jeans to being comfortable in size 12 jeans, a size 14 in dress slacks, and medium sweaters/t shirts. From size 4x button down blouses to a 16/18 so there is enough room for my "wings". Thank you, everyone! Carol

I only know that the whole lasagna recipe has 96g of protein. But I don't really count anything besides protein. There might be an online recipe converter that can turn this into nutritional info per serving.

Congratulations on your one year anniversary. Keep up the good work and I am sure you will reach your goal. I was just wondering what your job entails that you cannot have water with you? It doesn't seem right that you couldn't be sipping water during the day so that you wouldn't need to use up your vacation time for a human basic need that everyone needs and especially us post op's. Best of luck for your continued success. Sher
