Topic: ONE YEAR BANDIVERSARY!!
Hi everyone just wanted to post my official one year anniversary results for April 18th! I am officially down 84 lbs from my day of surgery to my one year anniversary! I am so happy and didn't even celebrate it with food (hee hee.) I hope to reach my goal weight of 125 lbs by late fall...and I will!

WOOHOO, Happy Anniversary to you. You have done amazing job, keep up the great work. I am so proud of each of everyone. And this year has been amazing. I may not lose anymore but hey I feel so much better than I could ever imagine.

One year ago today

I have back and knee problems and I'm in much less pain. I feel more alive than I have in many, many years. It's really nice, isn't it?
