Topic: RE: Surgery tomorrow!
All went well, I came home last night. When I woke up from anesthesia I felt so horrible that I was wishing I didn't do the surgery, but now that I am home and being able to sleep I feel so much better. The pain management is easier now that it has been a few days. I am a little anxious, tomorrow the doctor said I should take off all my bandages and I can shower, I am freaking out a little because he said things may look a little abnormal in the beginning but over time should smooth and shape out. I am afraid my husband will freak out too. Well, we will see. Thanks for inquiring Sue Sher

Topic: Fatigue
I struggle with alot of fatigue. I never feel like I have energy. Would upping my protein help? My labs are all good. I am pretty close to goal weight wise. I eat a lot of small meals and hardly ever eat a big sit down meal as dense proteins like meat and eggs are not something my stomach can tolerate. Any ideas on the fatigue. Thanks, Kim

Topic: Surgery tomorrow!
My day has finally come to get rid of some of my excess skin. Tomorrow I am having a panniculectomy/abdominoplasty/hermia repare and breast lift. Just spoke with the hospital and need to be there for 5:30 am for 7:30 am surgery. Surgery is 5-6 hrs. Please keep me in your prayers. I am a little anxious and worried, but I know I should be fine. Thanks Sher ps. not much action going on here hope everyone is doing well.

Thanks Joan, I am as pleased as any almost 60 year old woman can be. I love the eyes too and of course the tummy. I plan to have a breast reduction and lift next year. I was self pay as the insurance would not pay anything and probably will be the same for the next step. Worth it though. I wish you could get this done also, as it really makes you feel like the journey is complete. Clothes do cover a lot of issues however and that is a good thing!! Julia

Julia...wow...love the tummy..I am sooo jealous. I cannot have mine due to no rashes so insurance will not cover panni w/o them. Even in SC..no rashes from heat! Isn't that awful...Had one in CO in thw winter on vacation but none since! Would love it thought! I really want arms done. Your face looks so much younger! Good to see everyone here again. Joan M

Great pics Becky! Wish I could go sleeveless but my arms are sooo bad. And legs are too. Too many saggy wrinkles. But I wouldn't trade this surgery and wrinkes for the fat ever! I feel better than I ever have. Joan M

Hello Kathleen and other 2yr anniversary buddies. Sorry about your heart problems but I know you will press in and be able to achieve what you desire. I may even check out the Graduates site...if I can find it. I have been struggling with left arm pain and had numerous tests and all came back negative. Goiing to Colorado for vacation soon and am so excited. DD has not seen me since I was 5 months out! She will flip for sure. Take care Kathleen. Joan M

She must have her profile set for private because I couldn't get to the page. I hope all goes well for her.
