Topic: One Year Measurement Update
I had my one-year-out appointments with the nutritionist, psychiatrist, and exercise phsyiologist today at Einstein Bariatrics. The EP sent me an email later, with these measurement comparisons. Sometimes it's hard to see the big picture, but man, these are some numbers!

Left Thigh: 28.4
Right Thigh: 28.5
Left Arm: 16.7
Right Arm: 16.7

Chest: 64.6

Hip: 51.2
Post-Op
Left Thigh: 21.75
Right Thigh: 22.25
Left Arm: 12.25
Right Arm: 11.75
Neck: 14
Chest: 44
Waist: 39

Sarah...it sounds like you recognized the rpoblem and are making changes to correct soome of your choices. You have done great and do not lose site of that!!
I agree with Liz....clutter causes chaos...even when we fill our minds with lies from the enemy of our souls who only wants to tell us we are defeated. And we are not. You just keep pressing in to the goal and do your part, the rest will happen.
I truly understand..I am in the midst of getting my house ready to sell and move across country and I homeschool my 14yr old and I am 57! Yikes...but God is in control and I do my best to use this tool to best I can.
You can too!! Take pictures of yourself and you will see the new improved Sarah!!

Darla, Congratulations on your surgery date. You have done so well. I was hoping to get to Eugene this weekend for the get together but my son and daughter-in-law are coming down so guess I won't make it. I am excited to see them however. Happy surgiversary! Julia
