OMG - a WOW moment!

Hi everyone - I stepped on the scale this morning and I have only 5 more pounds to lose to reach ONEDERLAND!! WOW.....I was thrilled. Of course my scale says I weigh about 6 pounds less than what my dr's scale says, but at home I weigh first thing in the AM with no clothes. If you've had a WOW moment....SHARE with the rest of us! Bonnie, First off so nice to see you Congrats on your wow moment, my newest wow moment is I lost 5 more pounds since my surgery for a grand total drum roll please lol of 31pds I am excited and starting to notice some clothes fitting too big.....it is so exciting I am so looking forward to this journey now the rough times are over the beginning for me was pure hell but now I feel great my energy level has climbed.... hugs and love lisa

Cograt's Bonnie and Lisa ! That is wonderful new's ! I think everyday since my surgery is a big "wow" moment to me ! I have lost a total of 21 lbs. since surgery and 15 lbs. minus the water weight that i gained while in the hospital ! Just thinking of how much I have lost both pre- and post op is overwhelming ! I have lost a total of .............75 lbs. since January 26 th ! Whoo - Hoo ! I love this journey ! and Carolee 328/253/?

Congratulations Lisa and Carolee! This part of the journey - where we are losing so much so quickly - is just fabulous. I'm gonna cherish every minute of it since I know there will come a time when I won't be losing so quickly. Keep up the good work everyone! Bonnie
