I'm alive & I'm home!

((((((((((((( to all of my OH family))))))))))))) and thank you Miss Lisa for posting that I was home! I was going to ask you to because there was no way I could get on here last night. 3 hours at airport in Colombia, 3.5 hours in the air, 2 hours in customs at the airport when I arrived and an hour drive home. thank god for large size wheelchairs at the airports and nice little skinny fellas that must have broken backs pushing us large size people. but sitting for that long was not a nice day at all. i had to keep telling myself, soon i'll be home, in my own bed, and just had to continue finding the pleasures in flying over some of the most beautiful water colors i have EVER seen. i mean living in florida we have beautiful water but the water at times was breathtaking. i also saw a volcano while flying over parts of central america. so even though an uncomfortable day, a pleasurable flight and in my head I kept hearing Dorothy say, "There's No Place Like Home". BUT LET ME TELL YOU ALL..... I AM ON THE ROAD TO NO LONGER NEEDING A LARGE SIZE WHEELCHAIR!!! WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!! I WOULD do the "jump" but I'm too sore to jump . I have lost 21 pounds, 10 pounds in 7 days since surgery! So many of you asked for details about Colombia in your emails and I have received many so please forgive me for not answering them and will update my profile with details of my trip and surgery right now. "ouch" I want to thank you all for your encouragement and support over these past several months and for your blessings and prayers for my surgery. I'm sure it was all of those thoughts & prayers along with my Spirit guides who stood beside me during my surgery and continue to do so during my recovery. I haven't been able to read through the recent posts since I've been gone but I hope every one of you are doing well and I'm so happy to be able to say that us April babies are FINALLY ... ALL OF US....on the LOSING SIDE. I'm looking forward to getting back here soon and joining you all for posts and chats!! ~Peace & Love to you all~ Lisa V

Praise God, Praise God. Your home, your home... I bet you dont even know how much I missed you and how much I prayed for you. You were almost constantly on my mind the whole time you were gone. Thank God you are ok. Thank God. Welcome home. Jennifer

Oh Lisa!!!! I have been waiting to hear that you are finally back home and on the losing side! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I've missed you so much! Yes, all of the April babies are finally losers - isn't it wonderful! Make sure you rest and follow dr orders - and do you have someone in the US to consult in case of complications? It's so great to hear that your home and on the losing side. Get lots of rest and don't overdo things. It must have been tough travelling so long on the way home. I know I would have been exhausted. You're a brave soul. Keep in touch when your up to it. Carolyn

Hi Lisa, I'm so glad to find this post. I have not been on line for awhile and I was getting worried searching for your name. I'm so glad that you are back from Columbia and all is well.
