Heidi, I tend to eat alot of deli turkey really thin sliced, or I have a deviled egg, but now it is on I have been offically released to go full force on the foods still soft but I can have soft fruits now, meats like chicken fish seafood, a really great idea is also to make a crab dip, i have done that as well here is the recipe Spicy Maryland Crab Dip 1 8 oz pkg ff cream cheese softened 1/2 c. ff sourcream 2 tbls light mayo 1 1/2 tbls lemon juice 2 tsp worchesteshire sauce garlic powder to taste 1/2 c low fat cheddar cheese 3/4 lb crab meat fresh or 2 cans 3 dashes of hot sauce oldbay seasoning to taste preheat oven to 325* mix your first 7 ingredients then fold in the crab meat hot sauce and oldbay and enjoy I eat it with cheese crisps instead of crackers take pam cooking spray and spray your pan then I add lowfat cheedar cheese like a thin layer to the pan like a circle cook it on med heat til it getslight golden brown turn over then cook the other side about 2 min on each then it should be crispy like a cracker for more ideas I know the main recipe board has some great one too check it out hope this helps hugsc and love lisa
